called "social media". We've worked with the nation's smallest startup
and its biggest brands like Mountain Equipment Co-op and Best Buy.
Darren regularly speaks to companies and associations about web marketing, and
taught two courses at UBC last year on social media marketing. He's also the co-author of a book for No Starch Press on the
subject, entitled Friends With Benefits: A Social Media Marketing Handbook.
